I hang my head in shame Susan because I forgot it was Burns Night until I saw the title of this hub on my notifications! And I call myself Scottish! Luckily we had a (vegetarian) haggis in the fridge, so we’ve been able to toast the bard in the customary manner.

This is a lovely tribute to Rabbie! It's not only his poetry and lyrics, but I think Burns was the kind of person everyday folks could identify with and so he makes it even easier to take him to our hearts!
I've already had my haggis and drunk my whisky toast, but this hub was the icing on the cake!
